I have been in the fitness industry for 22 years as a personal trainer, rehabilitation and kickboxing instructor. 9 years ago I stumbled upon a pole school up north and trained to be a pole fitness instructor and brought it back to Essex to create my own pole & aerial school which was established in 2010. Since then we have built up a large customer base of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. I pride myself with being well equipped with the best facilities, helpers in every class and varied instructors within the pole & aerial community. People come to pole & aerial fitness for different reasons, some to boost confidence and we help one another. Others to increase their fitness levels, or some just to make new friends. It really is for everyone. If you have any doubts or questions, please feel free to contact me and we will be there to help you at any step along the way.

Belive me, after 22 years of personal training there is nothing that surprises me to help me get the best from you. The sky's the limit.

Due to my rehab background if you have any existing injuries or concerned about any issues again feel free to discuss it further with me because if there is a will, there is a way no matter what.

Our pole studio is the most well equipped in the country, for the following reasons..

• 8 free standing poles, 1 sky pole, 4 adult aerial hoops, 1 child aerial hoop, 7 aerial silks, 3 aerial hammocks, all with 12" crashmats.

The classes are as follows

Monday 7pm-8pm - Aerial silks, hammock & Pole (Teens welcome)
Tuesday 730pm-830pm - Aerial silks, hoop and pole (Teens welcome)
Tuesday 830pm-930pm - Pole
Wednesday 10am-11am Home ed and normal class - Aerial silks, hoop, trapeze and Pole
Wednesday 11am-12pm - Home ed and normal class - Aerial silks, hoop, trapeze and pole
Thursday 730pm-830pm - Aerial hoop, silks and pole (Teens welcome)
Thursday 830pm-930pm - Pole
Saturday 11am-12pm - Kids circus classes. Aerial silks, hoop, trapeze, pole and circus props
Saturday 12pm-1pm - kids circus classes. Aerial hoop, trapeze, pole and circus props




Its best if you turn up to classes in shorts vest top and trainers to warm up in. You don't need to bring anything maybe a bottle of water. You are never too old or too out of shape for pole due to the fact that we wrok from levels starting off quite simple to more advanced moves so your strength build as you go. YOU NEVER miss a class so you don't loose out on your money you have spent on classes due to being a wide range of classes available where you can double up one week, same goes if you work shifts we can ALWAYS fit you in somewhere......
