All classes have beginners through to advanced. I pride my pole & aerial school on NO more than 3 people per pole!! We have 8 Platinum Stages free standing poles with extra HIGH extensions

The classes are as follows

Monday 7pm-8pm - Aerial silks, hammock & Pole (Teens welcome)
Tuesday 730pm-830pm - Aerial silks, hoop and pole (Teens welcome)
Tuesday 830pm-930pm - Pole
Wednesday 10am-11am Home ed and normal class - Aerial silks, hoop, trapeze and Pole
Wednesday 11am-12pm - Home ed and normal class - Aerial silks, hoop, trapeze and pole
Thursday 730pm-830pm - Aerial hoop, silks and pole (Teens welcome)
Thursday 830pm-930pm - Pole
Saturday 11am-12pm - Kids circus classes. Aerial silks, hoop, trapeze, pole and circus props
Saturday 12pm-1pm - kids circus classes. Aerial hoop, trapeze, pole and circus props


KID'S AERIAL CIRCUS CLASSES


Every Saturday morning we host kid's circus classes based on The Greatest Showman. We take children from ages 6-12, and after 12 years we usually advise them to go to the evening classes. The classes include aerial hoop, aerial silks, aerial hammock, spinny pole, static pole, sky pole and a stretching area. The classes get booked up very quickly so if you are interested please contact me or the school as soon as possible. We have instructors on each piece of equipment throughout the class, we also try to guide the children onto levels so it has more structure for them. The younger children we tend to let them experiment on the different circus equipment. Pricing is cheaper than adult classes, please enquire with the school for more information.

ADULT AERIAL & POLE CLASSES


We have two separate classes within the same class. The pole classes we range from levels 1 to 20, as yet no one has hit level 20, our highest is level 16 which has taken them 3 years to achieve. Some people come for a fun, friendly atmosphere and to get fit at the same time, others take it more seriously, and do competitions. The aerial class consists of aerial hoops, silks and hammocks. We also have trained instructors and separate levels for each, ranging from levels 15 to 20. Pole fitness routines exercise and tones the whole body with a number of moves which work on your core and other regions that women find particularly difficult to train, such as upper-body strength, thighs, bums and stomach. Pole and Aerial Fitness is proven to burn more calories than the alternative strength training methods. You will feel empowered by the changes to your body’s appearance as it becomes stronger and sexier and also provides a huge boost in confidence. No matter how old you are, your body type or fitness requirements, our fully qualified, professional, enthusiastic and friendly instructors will show you just how easy and fun it is to learn new ways to get the results you want.



What do I need?

It's best if you turn up to classes in shorts vest top and trainers to warm up in. You don't need to bring anything maybe a bottle of water. You are never too old or too out of shape for pole due to the fact that we work from levels starting off quite simple to more advanced moves so your strength builds as you go. YOU NEVER miss a class so you don't lose out on your money you have spent on classes due to there being a wide range of classes available where you can double up one week, same goes if you work shifts we can ALWAYS fit you in somewhere......
